It’s time to register for the Summer Session!!
EXISTING Teams or NEW Teams that pre-register for the Summer Session (submit a Team Roster) to the local APA office BEFORE May 16, 2008 will receive “2” Bonus Points for 8-Ball Teams OR "40" Bonus Points for
9-Ball Teams to start the Summer Session.
RULES—
(1)
You
MUST fill out the Team Roster Form completely... you will still be able to add/drop players like normal for the first 4 weeks once the session begins, but you must complete the Roster Form to the best of your knowledge. Membership applications and fees for new players will
not be required with the Team Roster Form.
(2) Only Team Roster Forms will be accepted - if you don’t fill it out you DON’T get the Bonus Points!!!
