POINT DISCREPANCY -  MUST be addressed BEFORE the Wild Card/Team Captains Meeting ....the only exception to this rule will be issues during the last week of play prior to the meeting. I will announce the standings for the division and the team captain and/or team member will need to speak up then if they have a discrepancy of the standings.

Wild Card Draws/Mandatory Team Captains Meeting - The Wild Card Draws are NOW a MANDATORY Team Captains meeting for EVERY team whether you are in the Wild Card Draw or not. Your TEAM  MUST be represented at this meeting.

Qualified Teams - Once a team is qualified for the LTC (City Championship) your team must remain in the top 50% or higher in your division (page 84 #6 in rule book). Teams that fall below this 50% rule will be subject to heavy scrutiny of their handicaps and/or loss of eligibility to go to the LTC.

Scoresheets and team fees must be turned in to designated drop-sites by 3:00 pm on Friday following match play to avoid loss of team points.

PAST DUES: These are the NEW past due by-laws effective Spring Session 2009

If your team becomes past due OVER $30 the team captain will become ineligible to play until the team is in good standing.

2. If your team becomes past due OVER $50 the WHOLE entire team will become ineligible to play until the team captain has called the office 423-886-6903 and made arrangements with Valerie about your past due amount. This MUST be done prior to league night in order not to forfeit all 5 matches. If your team stays past due more than $50 for TWO weeks your team will be dropped from that division.

9-BALL DOUBLES:

If one of the players on the team becomes unable to play (LO descretion) then that player will be replaced.

If a qualified team exceeds the skill level limit of 12, then the players are required to split up and neither player is eligible may play in that years LTC.

Ø      Alternates:

1.      The alternate has to be an existing APA player – NO new player will be allowed to be an alternate.

2.      The alternate can NOT be any higher ranked skill level than the highest skill level player on your team.

3.      The alternate may only play LESS than half of the number of weeks in that session – example if there are 10 weeks to play then the alternate can only play up to 4 times.

                  4.   The alternate can NOT play in the Playoffs.
